The room I booked was quite disappointing. It lacked a coffee maker , either in the room itself or even in the lobby , which I found inconvenient. This absence meant I had to go out every morning just to get a simple cup of coffee. I also found that there was a limited availability of rooms with two beds , a major issue when traveling with family or friends.

The location was perfect for me. i could easily walk to the harbor and several sites. Many great restaurants and quincy market were also nearby. The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful, which i appreciated. The queen room city view was also very nice and comfortable.
The room was very dark, which i did not like. There was no in-room coffee service. The hotel needs updating. I saw a vcr player in the room. A rattling sound came from the bathroom wall. It kept me awake.

i found the location convenient. a super easy metro ride to and from the airport really simplified travel. the basement cabin we stayed in was a pleasant surprise with a big, clean room and a comfortable bed.
over a two-day stay, we had no room makeup service and lacked fresh towels. the absence of a coffee pot in the room or complimentary coffee in the lobby was inconvenient.
